Dimensions‭:‬ Printed on high quality 11″ x 17″ cardstock. ‬

Perpetual‭:‬ A perpetual calendar can be engaged with year after year‭, ‬as days of the week are omitted‭. ‬

Photos‭:‬ Each month features a photo of one of the herbs grown here at Awaken Herb Farm, Treaty 1 Territory‭. ‬All photos are taken here on the farm‭, ‬by your herb farmer, Kris‭. ‬Please note that photos don’t always reflect the plant part used in the recipe‭. ‬For example‭, ‬the Elecampane photo is of the flowers‭, ‬whereas the recipe calls for root‭. ‬

Journal–Herbal Planner‭ & ‬Log‭:‬ Use this space however you’d like‭!‬‭ ‬My intention was for it to be a herbal planner and log‭. ‬You can jot down what you want to remember‭ ‬to do‭ – ‬or‭, ‬jot down what you‭ ‬did‭ ‬this year‭, ‬to remember for the next‭. ‬It’s a living calendar that can be added to over time‭. ‬Entries might look like‭: ‬Arnica salve‭ ‘‬26‭, ‬Sore Throat Spray‭ ‘‬26‭, ‬u-pick Tulsi harvest‭ ‘‬26‭, ‬or‭ ‬foraged nettle harvest 27‭’‬‭, ‬for example‭.‬

Recipes–‭ ‬Recipes‭, ‬Sources‭, ‬Etc‭:‬ Each month‭, ‬you can note the recipes you’d like to make‭, ‬or have made‭, ‬as a standing reminder of your seasonal herbal practice‭. ‬You might even be able to squeeze in your recipe source and page number‭!‬

Featured Recipes‭:‬ Each month includes a recipe with the featured herb for that month‭, ‬contributed by one of the amazing herb-lovers‭, ‬herbalists‭, ‬growers‭, ‬and remedy-makers on this page‭. ‬I am so grateful to each of them for the wisdom they share and the community care they embody‭. ‬
